Todas las empresas necesitan resultados, por lo que precisan de colaboradores cualificados y eficaces. Durante treinta y cinco años ha cumplido su misión de despertar a las plantas, a las flores, a las palmeras y a las buganvillas, y a los pájaros cantadores para que anuncien la llegada del nuevo día.
Y cuando todos nos asomamos a la terraza vemos una silueta pasar rápido al otro lado del jardín, con sigilo y con destreza, con la mirada firme del que sabe que tiene que dar vida al verde que le rodea. Treinta y cinco años ha dedicado Santiago a mantener la belleza del complejo, toda una vida. Las circunstancias le han obligado a ser el corazón de una Comunidad de Propietarios que ha disfrutado siempre de las excelencias de su complejo.
El jardinero Santiago, sin quererlo ni buscarlo, sin que nadie se lo pidiera, ha sido alma de los jardines; con toda la humildad del que quiere y cuida doce perros, siete gatos y ciento vente pájaros, en el centro de las montañas de Gran Canaria. Ese canario profundo, sencillo y humilde, sabio de la naturaleza, Santiago de nombre, y treinta y cinco años de entrega a la Comunidad de Propietarios Bungalows Campo Golf, tiene su último día de trabajo el miércoles 19 de abril de 2023.
En el Sur de Gran Canaria, en los negocios turísticos, no existe una despedida oficial de su empresa porque tienen el corazón, y el alma, en otros temas más importantes……… para ellos. Afortunadamente en Bungalows Campo Golf, en los últimos años, se ha movido algo más importante que el dinero y los resultados, incluso más importante que la belleza de sus rincones.
Hace unas semanas Santiago recibió un homenaje propiciado por un grupo de propietarios que se celebró en la Cafeteria del complejo.
Después de treinta y cinco años, los años que lleva Santiago, el complejo comienza a tener una nueva luz en su futuro. Otro grupo de propietarios, en su último día, le homenajea sencilla y humildemente. Le convoca en el bungalow de Juan de la Cruz, allá donde tantas veces ha tomado su segundo café del día, y con la presencia del Presidente de la nueva Junta Directiva, toman un último café en su puesto de trabajo.
Querido Santiago te hemos despedido como te mereces. Con el corazón y con el alma. Y no es una despedida real, porque siempre estarás aquí, en las palmeras y en las buganvillas. Te llevas nuestro respeto y nuestro cariño.
Afortunadamente todo seguirá bien cuidado con tus compañeros de siempre.

Und wenn wir alle auf die Terrasse schauen, sehen wir eine Silhouette, die schnell durch den Garten geht, verstohlen und geschickt, mit dem festen Blick eines Menschen, der weiß, dass er dem Grün um ihn herum Leben einhauchen muss. Fünfunddreißig Jahre hat Santiago dem Erhalt der Schönheit der Anlage gewidmet, ein ganzes Leben. Die Umstände haben ihn dazu gezwungen, das Herz einer Gemeinschaft von Eigentümern zu sein, die sich immer an der Vorzüglichkeit ihrer Anlage erfreut haben.
Der Gärtner Santiago ist, ohne es zu wollen oder zu suchen, ohne dass ihn jemand darum gebeten hätte, die Seele der Gärten gewesen; mit der ganzen Bescheidenheit dessen, der zwölf Hunde, sieben Katzen und einhundertzwanzig Vögel liebt und pflegt, mitten in den Bergen von Gran Canaria. Dieser tiefgründige, einfache und bescheidene Kanarienvogel, ein weiser Mann der Natur, Santiago mit Namen, der sich seit fünfunddreißig Jahren der Gemeinschaft der Eigentümer des Bungalows Campo de Golf widmet, hat am Mittwoch, dem 19. April 2023, seinen letzten Arbeitstag.
Im Süden Gran Canarias, in der Tourismusbranche, gibt es keine offizielle Verabschiedung aus dem Unternehmen, weil sie ihr Herz und ihre Seele in andere, für sie wichtigere Angelegenheiten stecken………. Zum Glück hat sich im Bungalow Campo de Golf in den letzten Jahren etwas Wichtigeres als Geld und Ergebnisse bewegt, sogar wichtiger als die Schönheit seiner Ecken.
Vor einigen Wochen erhielt Santiago eine Ehrung von einer Gruppe von Eigentümern, die in der Cafeteria des Komplexes stattfand.
Nach fünfunddreißig Jahren, den Jahren, in denen Santiago da war, beginnt der Komplex, ein neues Licht in seiner Zukunft zu sehen. Eine andere Gruppe von Eigentümern erweist ihm an seinem letzten Tag auf einfache und bescheidene Weise die Ehre. Sie versammeln ihn im Bungalow von Juan de la Cruz, wo er so oft seinen zweiten Kaffee am Tag getrunken hat, und in Anwesenheit des Präsidenten des neuen Verwaltungsrats trinken sie einen letzten Kaffee an seinem Arbeitsplatz.
Lieber Santiago, wir haben uns von dir verabschiedet, wie du es verdient hast. Mit Herz und Seele. Und es ist kein wirklicher Abschied, denn du wirst immer hier sein, unter den Palmen und Bougainvilleas. Sie haben unseren Respekt und unsere Zuneigung.
Zum Glück wird alles weiterhin gut versorgt sein mit Ihren gewohnten Begleitern.

Per trentacinque anni ha svolto la sua missione di svegliare le piante, i fiori, le palme e le bouganville, e gli uccelli canori per annunciare l’arrivo del nuovo giorno.
E quando ci affacciamo tutti sulla terrazza vediamo una sagoma che attraversa velocemente il giardino, furtivamente e abilmente, con lo sguardo fermo di chi sa di dover dare vita al verde che lo circonda. Sono trentacinque gli anni che Santiago ha dedicato al mantenimento della bellezza del complesso, una vita intera. Le circostanze lo hanno costretto a essere il cuore di una comunità di proprietari che hanno sempre goduto dell’eccellenza del loro complesso.
Il giardiniere Santiago, senza volerlo o cercarlo, senza che nessuno glielo chiedesse, è stato l’anima dei giardini; con tutta l’umiltà di chi ama e cura dodici cani, sette gatti e centoventi uccelli, nel centro delle montagne di Gran Canaria. Questo canarino profondo, semplice e umile, un saggio uomo della natura, Santiago di nome, e trentacinque anni di dedizione alla Comunità dei Proprietari Bungalow Campo de Golf, ha il suo ultimo giorno di lavoro mercoledì 19 aprile 2023.
Nel sud di Gran Canaria, nel settore turistico, non c’è un addio ufficiale alla propria azienda, perché i proprietari hanno il cuore e l’anima in altre faccende più importanti……… per loro. Fortunatamente nel Bungalow Campo de Golf, negli ultimi anni, si è mosso qualcosa di più importante del denaro e dei risultati, persino più importante della bellezza dei suoi angoli.
Qualche settimana fa Santiago ha ricevuto un omaggio da un gruppo di proprietari che si è svolto nella caffetteria del complesso.
Dopo trentacinque anni, gli anni in cui Santiago è stato presente, il complesso inizia a vedere una nuova luce nel suo futuro. Un altro gruppo di proprietari, il suo ultimo giorno, gli rende omaggio in modo semplice e umile. Lo convocano nel bungalow di Juan de la Cruz, dove tante volte ha preso il secondo caffè della giornata, e con la presenza del Presidente del nuovo Consiglio di Amministrazione, prendono un ultimo caffè sul suo posto di lavoro.
Caro Santiago, ti abbiamo salutato come meriti. Con il cuore e con l’anima. E non è un vero addio, perché sarai sempre qui, tra le palme e le bouganville. Avete il nostro rispetto e il nostro affetto.
Per fortuna tutto continuerà ad essere curato con i tuoi soliti compagni.

A few weeks ago Santiago received a tribute from a group of owners that took place in the Cafeteria of the complex.
After thirty-five years, the years that Santiago has been around, the complex begins to see a new light in its future.
