El principal problema que tiene España actualmente es su clase política, encerrada en aplicar ideologías por encima de dar soluciones a los problemas de la sociedad, en dedicar todo su tiempo a conseguir la permanencia en el poder o a quitar al que está para asaltarlo, en mantener una administración pública gigantesca que consume la mayor parte de los recursos obtenidos por los impuestos en gastos innecesarios y clientelares. Y por si fuera poco todo esto personal político sin formación, sin experiencia, sin capacidad de gestión.
La aplastante victoria de Isabel Díaz Ayuso en Madrid el pasado día de 4 supone un “basta ya” de la sociedad, a toda esa estupidez instalada en los poderes públicos de toda España y también en la oposición, y a la insensatez y desfachatez de los partidos políticos, pagados por todos, donde los lideres mandan sin control alguno en los dineros públicos que les pagan los gastos y sus nóminas, y en la ignominia que significa que los puestos para la vida política sean asignados sin control, sin mérito alguno, a aquellos que mientras menos saben menos problemas les darán a esos líderes. Y esos puestos dados en las listas por intereses particulares son los que luego nos gobiernan, los que tienen que decidir sobre presupuestos multimillonarios públicos sin tener experiencia alguna ni si quiera en trabajos menores, los que tienen que gestionar y planificar sin saber hacerlo.
La victoria de Ayuso tiene una certeza y una incertidumbre. La certeza es que la sociedad no quiere más estas condiciones de sus políticos, quiere una regeneración donde entren personas preparadas y capaces, una sociedad que no quiere pagar más impuestos para mantener a toda esta ingente cantidad de políticos, asesores, cargos directivos, ministerios y entidades múltiples, unos políticos que se dediquen a gestionar lo mejor para todos, y gestionar bien, olvidando para siempre los gestos para la galería, la disputa y el ataque de unos a otros sin resultado positivo para nadie. Políticos que sepan representar a su región o a España con dignidad, con elegancia y con eficacia. Están tan cegados con sus cargos y con sus prebendas que no reconocen este mensaje de basta ya.
La incertidumbre es si este mandato del pueblo de Madrid, que puede ser corroborado por toda España si se dan nuevas elecciones, está bien entendido por Ayuso y todos los que le acompañen ahora en este nuevo tiempo. Si realmente van a cambiar de verdad la administración pública, reducirla al tamaño necesario para sus funciones, ahorrando grandes cantidades de dinero en gasto innecesario para invertirlo en educación, cultura, sanidad, justicia, más policías, más ciencia. Que se apoye a las empresas pequeñas y familiares, a los autónomos y a la innovación y creatividad.
Dimensionar las autonomías y todas las empresas públicas, y los cargos elegidos que sean por concursos, por méritos y por capacidad. Que los asesores salgan de los funcionarios especializados, y controlar la contratación de personas cercanas por amistad o por familia del político. Hacer una gestión pública profesional y eficaz que se refleje en los objetivos cumplidos y en resultados positivos en el manejo de los recursos.
Eliminar los privilegios de los cargos públicos en activo y también los excesos en los retiros por jubilación. Que los sueldos y salarios sean dignos de acuerdo con cada cargo, y que una vez terminada su vida política o funcionarial sea tratado como cualquier trabajador de España.
La incertidumbre también esta en si responderán a la exigencia de una transformación de la clase política española que recupere el prestigio perdido ante los gobernados y ante Europa y el mundo.
Y por supuesto que la honradez y la honestidad, la defensa real de los Derechos Humanos, el trabajo por mejorar a los más débiles de la sociedad española sea la norma y no la excepción.

The certainty is that society no longer wants these conditions from its politicians, it wants a regeneration where prepared and capable people enter, a society that does not want to pay more taxes to maintain this huge number of politicians, advisors, managers, ministries and multiple entities, politicians who are dedicated to managing the best for everyone, and manage well, forgetting forever the gestures for the gallery, the dispute and the attack on each other without positive results for anyone. Politicians who know how to represent their region or Spain with dignity, elegance and efficiency. They are so blinded by their positions and their perks that they do not recognise this message of enough is enough.
The uncertainty is whether this mandate from the people of Madrid, which may be corroborated by the whole of Spain if new elections are held, is well understood by Ayuso and all those who accompany him now in this new era. If they are really going to change public administration, reduce it to the size necessary for its functions, saving large amounts of money on unnecessary spending to invest it in education, culture, health, justice, more police, more science. Support small and family businesses, the self-employed, innovation and creativity.
To reduce the size of the autonomous regions and all public companies, and that the positions elected should be based on competitive examinations, merit and ability. Advisors should be removed from the ranks of specialised civil servants, and the hiring of people close to the politician’s family or friends should be controlled. Professional and efficient public management that is reflected in achieved objectives and positive results in the management of resources.
Eliminate the privileges of active public officials and the excesses of retirement pensions. Wages and salaries should be dignified in accordance with each position, and once their political or civil service life is over, they should be treated like any other worker in Spain.
