El prestigio ganado por España en cuarenta años de democracia, libertad y mejoras económicas está ya dilapidado por una clase política aferrada al poder,a las ideologías y al dinero. Los españoles tenemos que denunciar la delicada situación social y económica que nuestra clase política desnortada está realizando. Dos artículos que publiqué en Linkedin el 31.03.2020 y el 13.04.2020.

¡No se trata de salud o economía, estúpido!. Permítanme copiarme del slogan de la campaña de Bill Clinton. Se trata de España y del mundo, donde vivimos las personas que tenemos que curarnos para continuar con la vida, con nuestros proyectos, individuales, familiares y colectivos, con la esperanza de que hayamos aprendido de todos los errores cometidos como personas, como sociedad, empresa o dirigentes públicos.
La responsabilidad individual será mucho más importante. Después de esto tenemos una base que nunca se ha tenido: nada va a ser igual. Decía en estos días el profesor Nuccio Ordine que necesitaremos cultivar la humanidad, la música, la literatura. Los valores humanos. Ya empezamos a no ser iguales que antes, la solidaridad y ayuda de unos a otros se evidencia todos los días, tenemos la necesidad de ver y abrazar a la familia, a los amigos, a los paseantes. Está volviendo el civismo.
Las empresas también cambiarán, no solo tendrán que justificarse ante los socios, también lo tendrán que hacer ante la sociedad, que estará mucho más atenta a todo lo que suceda. Muchas de las empresas familiares han practicado desde siempre la conducta ética y un objetivo social del que han hecho partícipes a los trabajadores, pero su vulnerabilidad también suele ser importante, y los enormes gastos que gestiona necesitan de decisiones políticas inteligentes y dirigidas al bien común. La lealtad de los trabajadores suele ser grande, pero todo esto se tendrá que generalizar en el mundo empresarial, incluidas las grandes empresas. Lo más importante no será solo el dinero, no solo los objetivos económicos, no solo los grandes salarios. Se tiene que imponer el buen liderazgo, la ética, la generosidad, la justicia social, el trabajo eficaz y bien hecho por todos.
La globalidad económica ya no será lo primero, tendrá que ser consecuencia de una globalidad social, del pensamiento, de la conciencia. Para esto es imprescindible contar con dirigentes gestores y preparados. El gobierno personalista no tendrá cabida. Los líderes no serán los que están ahora, la valoración de los expertos y de los científicos ha comenzado, se hace imprescindible, pero tendrá que concretarse para que la sociedad civil saque de la política a tanto ineficaz y corrupto. España tendrá que rebajar drásticamente el monstruo público que han creado por intereses partidistas. En una empresa privada se ponen cuatro en el puesto de trabajo correspondiente a uno solo y se hunde rápidamente, el trabajo no sale y el gasto la mata. Esto es lo que esta pasando en España, sobran miles de políticos, asesores inútiles y funcionarios administrativos y faltan los trabadores del servicio público, sanidad, policía, bomberos.
O la sociedad civil reacciona cuando termine esto o el caos con estos dirigentes será total e irremediable.

It is about Spain and the world, where we live the people that we have to heal to continue life, with our projects, individual, family and collective, in the hope that we have learned from all the mistakes made as people, such as society, company or public leaders.
Individual responsibility will be much more important. After this we have a foundation that has never been had: nothing is going to be the same. Professor Nuccio Ordine said these days that we will need to cultivate humanity, music, literature. Human values. We are beginning not to be the same as before, the solidarity and help of each other is evident every day, we have the need to see and embrace family, friends, walkers. Civics is coming back.
Companies will also change, not only will they have to justify themselves to partners, they will also have to do it before society, which will be much more attentive to everything that happens. Many of the family businesses have always practiced the ethical conduct and social objective of which they have engaged workers, but their vulnerability is also often important, and the enormous expenses they manage need smart political decisions aimed at the common good. The loyalty of workers is often great, but all this will have to be generalized in the business world, including large companies. The most important thing will not be just the money, not just the economic objectives, not just the big wages. Good leadership, ethics, generosity, social justice, effective work and well done by all must be imposed.
Economic globality will no longer come first, it will have to be a consequence of a social globality, of thought, of consciousness. For this it is essential to have managers and preparations. The personalist government will have no place. Leaders will not be what they are now, the assessment of experts and scientists has begun, it becomes essential, but it will have to be realized for civil society to take out of politics both ineffective and corrupt. Spain will have to drastically reduce the public monster they have created for partisan interests. In a private company, four are put into the single-job job and it sinks quickly, the work does not come out and the expense kills it. This is what is happening in Spain, there are thousands of politicians, useless advisers and administrative officials and the drivers of public service, health, police, firefighters are missing.
Either civil society reacts when this is over or the chaos with these leaders will be total and irretrievable.

Doscientos millones de parados y quizás más. Y nuestro Gobierno en España se dedica a salir en TV durante todo el día, portavoces, ministros, secretarios, cansando a los millones de personas que estamos encerrados, repitiendo lo mismo a toda hora todos los días, contradiciéndose unos a otros, afirmando hoy lo que se negó ayer. Y legislando ellos solos, sin tener en cuenta a la oposición o al parlamento, aludiendo a temas tan importantes como la propiedad privada y la nacionalización de empresas, o el uso de los ahorros de los españoles.
La gestión de la crisis del coronavirus en Occidente ha sido un verdadero desastre. En Italia, en España, en Estados Unidos. Tenemos que preguntarnos por qué en Corea del Sur, en Singapur, en Japón, también en Alemania y en Portugal, han dado respuestas más rápidas y eficaces.
La sociedad civil española tiene una gran responsabilidad en esta crisis, que no puede seguir siendo manejada por unos pocos. España, y el mundo, necesitan nuevos líderes, gestores capaces, expertos, científicos, cuyo objetivo común sea liberar a la humanidad de esta tragedia, con los Derechos y los Valores Humanos, con el conocimiento, con visión internacional, con un liderazgo y un equipo que sepa analizar, que tenga visión de futuro, apoyando a las personas, a las familias, a las empresas, sin ideologías excluyentes. Todo esto le falta a nuestros dirigentes actuales.
Y no hay tiempo. Quizás tienen que dar un paso adelante nuestros expresidentes, los exparlamentarios ilustres de todo pensamiento político, formando un equipo con los exdirigentes de prestigio internacional, los economistas reconocidos, los científicos, los empresarios que hayan sido líderes, los sindicatos, nuestros mejores abogados. Los mejores que tengamos en todo. Hay que encontrar formulas para hacerlo viable y legal urgentemente. Tienen que adaptar el aparato publico español a dimensiones razonables y sostenibles entre todos. No podemos seguir dependiendo de la ayuda de Europa para salir de nuestros problemas.
O eso o el caos. Y no nos jugamos sistemas políticos o dinero. Nos jugamos la vida y la naturaleza. Pensemos en Africa. Ayudemos a Africa.

Two hundred million standing and maybe more. And our Government in Spain is dedicated to tv all day, spokesmen, ministers, secretaries, tired of the millions of people we are locked up, repeating the same thing at all times every day, contradicting each other, saying today what was denied yesterday. And legislating them alone, regardless of the opposition or parliament, alluding to such important issues as private property and the nationalization of companies, or the use of the savings of Spaniards.
Managing the coronavirus crisis in the West has been a real disaster. In Italy, in Spain, in the United States. We have to ask ourselves why in South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Germany and Portugal, have given faster and more effective answers.
Spanish civil society has a great responsibility in this crisis, which cannot continue to be handled by a few. Spain, and the world, need new leaders, capable managers, experts, scientists, whose common goal is to free humanity from this tragedy, with human rights and values, with knowledge, with an international vision, with leadership and a team that knows how to analyze, that has a vision for the future, supporting people, families, companies, without exclusionary ideologies. All this is missing from our current leaders.
And there’s no time. Perhaps our former presidents, the illustrious exaggerations of all political thought, have to step forward, teaming up with internationally renowned former leaders, recognized economists, scientists, leading entrepreneurs, trade unions, our best lawyers. The best we have in everything. Formulas must be found to make it viable and legal urgently. They have to adapt the Spanish public apparatus to reasonable and sustainable dimensions among all. We cannot continue to rely on Europe’s help to get out of our problems.
Either that or chaos. And we don’t play political systems or money. We play life and nature. Let’s think about Africa. Let’s help Africa.
