El desprestigio de la clase política en España se ha fomentado desde hace muchos años por la corrupción, por la falta de formación y por el incumplimiento sistemático de las promesas electorales, sobre todo las dirigidas a los más desfavorecidos. Pero ya en los últimos tiempos la generalización de la estupidez esta resultando muy dañina para los intereses de nuestros pueblos, de nuestras empresas y de nuestras familias.
Hoy hemos sabido que los políticos canarios dejan en manos de una ministra la solución a un ataque por la espalda a nuestro REF, permitiendo que se consolide “hasta finales del año” una decisión perjudicial para nuestra economía y para el futuro de nuestro fuero económico. Insisto en que esto no se habría permitido, ni si quiera intentado por el Gobierno central, en referencia las singularidades económicas de Euskadi, Navarra y Cataluña.
¿Qué pasa a nuestros representantes, políticos y empresarios, que permiten que nos ninguneen de una forma tan clara? La solución, dicen, pasa por un acuerdo político. ¿y quién dentro de la política asume responsabilidades si no cumple sus acuerdos? Es posible que todo este contaminado con los ciento cuarenta mil millones que van a llegar de Europa y que va a repartir, según su criterio, la Presidencia del Gobierno de España. Canarias no es necesaria en los votos, así que según la práctica política española no podemos esperar que ese reparto sea según las necesidades de cada economía regional.
Nos enteramos también, gracias al profesor de la Universidad de la Laguna Domingo Jesús lorenzo Díaz, que los cálculos de nuestro PIB para el gobierno central se toman olvidando el IGIC del 7% y colocándonos el IVA del 21%, haciéndonos perder nada más ni nada menos que 840.000.000 de euros. En el gobierno central lo hacen sin importarles las consecuencias tan nefastas de esta pérdida millonaria, y en el gobierno canario o no se enteran o no exigen que se realicen los cálculos correctamente.
Nos quitan parte de nuestro Régimen Económico y Fiscal, y nos quitan 840.000.000 de euros, y no pasa absolutamente nada. Nadie exige, nadie dimite.
Y casualidades de la vida: El Presidente del Gobierno se reúne estos días con las empresas Audiovisuales más grandes del mundo. Si acuerdan algo me temo que no “van a esperar a finales del año”.
Dicen desde ACNUR “que los que tienen la desgracia de vivir siempre amenazados por la necesidad, la solidaridad es la mejor forma de supervivencia”. Que Dios ayude a Canarias y a los Canarios.
