Hoy tenemos seis de los CONCIERTOS DE ROCK (gracias a Jesús Bernardos) más importantes de la historia con Mecano 1991, Michael Jackson 1997, Pink Floyd 1986, U2 1984, Queen Wembley 1986 y U2 en Dortmund 1984. El link que nos envio es realmente un tesoro: pongan “Tokyovideo los mejores conciertos de la historia” y podrán ver otras maravillas.   Y además un quinto con The Beatles 1964, con una calidad sonora muy baja, pero que es un documento histórico muy importante para la música y donde se puede captar que de cualquier nota hacían auténticas maravillas. Escuchen la segunda canción del concierto, poco conocida, pero igual de buena que todas.  De los Beatles es complicado conseguir conciertos completos.

Los amantes de la ópera quizás recuerden la polémica entre Alfredo Kraus y los Tres Tenores, Pavarotti, Domingo y Carreras.  Kraus buscaba siempre la perfección y a eso le ayudaba su exquisita técnica y su inigualable dicción. Y cuando se unieron los tres tenores consideraba que se perdía la belleza del canto para ganar la potencia en la voz. Yo estoy de acuerdo con Kraus, para mi sin duda uno de los mejores de la historia (mi hermana Olga creo que no estará de acuerdo conmigo, más cerca de Pavarotti), no tanto en cuanto a la voz sino a la técnica del canto; les aconsejo el libro de Arturo Reverter “Alfredo Kraus, una concepción del canto” de Alianza Editorial.

El que quiera averiguar algo sobre esa polémica puede escuchar los tres temas de Pavarotti adjuntos con Bryan Adams, Barry White y Roberto Carlos (maravillosos temas) y escuchar después esos tres temas con los Tres Tenores. Va también Alfredo Kraus con el pasodoble Islas Canarias (Jose Marrero)

Opera lovers may remember the controversy between Alfredo Kraus and the Three Tenors, Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras. And when the three tenors joined, he considered that the beauty of singing was lost to gain power in the voice. I agree with Kraus, for me without a doubt one of the best in history (my sister Olga I think she will not agree with me, closer to Pavarotti), not so much in terms of voice but in singing technique; I recommend the Arturo Reverter book “Alfredo Kraus, a conception of singing” by Alianza Editorial.
